Global Support Services was founded in 1994 in Miami, USA, with the goal of distributing personal computers in Latin America. Seeing a significant business opportunity in the emerging personal computer industry, our founder launched his direct computer supply business with the philosophy that providing technical advice and focusing on customer service was as important as offering low prices.

Over time, this strategy has proven highly successful and remains a key component of our mission, allowing us to expand into Spain, as the headquarters for all Ibero-American companies. We have a simple rule: create a company culture designed to provide exemplary support services and build long-term relationships with individual and business customers in the Ibero-American market.

Since its inception more than 30 years ago, our company has evolved to adapt to the trends and service demands of our globally-minded customers and markets. Since 2022, we have been operating from Estonia, the only country with all government services digital, interconnected, and compatible. Considered the best in the world according to the UN e-Government Survey (2022), we continue to cyclically diversify and digitally expand our 100% online services in Technology Support, Business Consulting, Human Resources, Finance, and Insurance.

IT product distribution and technical support before, during and after the sale.

We start our business adventure in Latin America based on our philosophy of providing Technical Support and Customer Service.

2000
Company moves its headquarters to Madrid, Spain
Our vision extends to all of Hispanic America

We started operating from Madrid to all of Hispanic America.

 

2005
Company changes its brand name to ‘Unicorn PC Systems’
Technology Support and IT Consulting Services

We started to provide Technology Support and IT Consulting Services to business, industry, banking and government in Hispanic America.

2007
Company is acquired by ‘Unicorn Credit Consulting SL’
New Financial Consulting Services

We continue with our Technology Support and Consultancy Services, and in the new company we are expanding with Mortgage Brokerage Services in the Spanish real estate market.

2019
Company merges with ‘UNICORN HISPANIA Sociedad Limitada’
New Human Resources Consultancy services in Real Estate and Construction

We started to provide Human Resources Consultancy services for the Construction and Real Estate sector.

2022
Global Assistance Services OÜ acquires the business lines Technology Support Services, Financial Consulting, Global Business Consulting, Global Human Resources, Global Insurance.
Our Global Assistance Services to the EU, Asia, Africa, USA and Hispanic America.
